Location for Pickups and Returns:

• Our facility is conveniently located at the corner of 5th and Hill streets, with the entrance at 411 W 5th Street, Los Angeles, 90013, CA.

Parking Information:

• Stylists can find parking around the corner at 437 S Hill Street, where the first 15 minutes are free.

Accessing the Building:

• To access our building, exit the parking lot through the same route you entered. The doors within the parking lot will not lead to our building but to adjacent buildings.
• After exiting the parking lot, turn right and then right again at the corner. Our building entrance is the brass door.

For Returns:

• Samples can be dropped off directly at the front desk.

For Pickups:

• Please check in with the front desk upon arrival. If previously agreed upon, we can leave your pull at the front desk for convenience. Otherwise, you are welcome to come up to our office, Suite 1140, 11th floor.
• To streamline the process, we recommend letting us know when you're parked. This allows us to prepare everything in advance, helping you get back on the road as quickly as possible, especially considering the vastness of Los Angeles (and its traffick).
